Congratulations to all the wonderful couples who tied the knot with us in 2025 and thank you to all our guests, suppliers and team for helping make it happen! Here’s to the unforgettable memories we’ve made together and to many more in 2026! 😊 🥂
Our Incredible Events
Alongside the unforgettable weddings we hosted this year, we were proud to host The Wedding Industry Awards 2026 for the North West, as well as charity fashion shows and our unforgettable experience events too to name a few!

Down On The Farm
Our brand new Meet the Lambs experience saw guests heading up to our Ewetel, feeding and meeting the new arrivals, capturing lots of precious memories while learning more about life on the farm!
Following the heavy snowfall in early January, a new gritter was fitted to the front of Mick’s Tractor to ensure our car park and surrounding roads were kept clear and safe. We also battled a series of storms, facing some of the most extensive treefall we’ve ever seen-with everyone rallying together to keep our events running smoothly and our guests safe.
We also proudly hosted veterinary talks with Cheshire Farm Vets, supporting ongoing education and further improving animal welfare!
Award-Winning Venue
We’ve had multiple award celebrations:
Our Amazing Team
Our award-winning team celebrated a year of fantastic success, coming together for our staff night at Madrenaline Activity Centre. The day was filled with archery, Segway riding, and team-building activities, followed by a wonderful meal back at The Old Stableyard on a beautiful August summer’s day.
We also proudly marked some incredible team milestones- celebrating 10 years at Heaton House for Olivia, Jo and Carol, as well as congratulating Chloe on coordinating her 150th wedding.
New Developments
The Old Stableyard Courtyard is now complete, featuring a stunning cobbled patio with the wonderful Rabbie the Horse sculpture towering in the background, designed by the incredible ArtFe. With new gates in place, the space is ready for guests to enjoy throughout the summer months. Look closely and you will spot our bespoke crafted mice hidden within the railings – each one carefully designed to represent the Heath family. Be sure to have a look and see if you can find them all! We have also refreshed the venue with new signage by Leek Signs, giving everything a crisp, updated look, alongside new seat pads to enhance guest comfort- ensuring the venue stays welcoming, stylish and comfortable for all our guests throughout the year.
Christmas On The Farm
The festive season is one of the highlights of our year, and our stunning venue truly comes to life- dressed to the nines with festive décor and real Christmas trees throughout. A spectacular 14-foot showstopper tree took pride of place in Steele’s Barn, where guests could enjoy it during festive weddings and our other events. Our much-loved Christmas Shop was a roaring success after expanding this year, stocked with beautiful trees and wreaths, locally made tinsel, homemade produce and a range of local beers. The festive calendar was busier than ever, featuring our wreath-making workshop in aid of St Lawrence Church, the Rushton School Christmas Market, children’s Christmas crafts and carvery day, even our team dressed up as elves to truly get into the Christmas spirit! After the great British weather forced a change of plans last year, Carols Around the Christmas Tree has now found a new permanent home at the venue. It became one of the highlights of the year, with Bollington Brass Band providing festive cheer and wonderful carols- creating a truly heart-warming tradition.
Our showstopping Christmas Party returned for four unforgettable nights. Rolling back to the groovy era of Christmas Night Fever, the event dazzled and ‘wowed’ over 900 guests!
What a way to end the year, we can’t wait to see what 2026 brings!
