No two weddings are the same and we are dedicated to adapting wherever we can to ensure you and your guests can relax and enjoy every moment.
Our venue is completely step-free and in one place allowing you and your guests to move effortlessly between each part of the day without the need for additional transport or complicated access routes.
Every area of the venue is fully accessible. There are also plenty of comfortable spaces to relax throughout the venue, along with quieter areas where guests can take a moment away from the celebrations if needed before rejoining the party when they’re ready.
We also offer accessible toilet facilities, mobility aids on request and practical adaptations for guests with additional needs. Whether that’s changing colours so its easier to see, widening aisle layouts for wheelchair users or tailoring arrangements to suit individual accessibility requirements.
As a family-friendly venue, we provide highchairs, booster seats and a spacious parent and baby room with comfortable seating and baby changing facilities and a private space for breastfeeding and caring for little ones.
Our beautifully converted bedrooms include a variety of double, twin, triple and family rooms, ensuring there’s a comfortable option to suit every guest’s needs.
Over half of our bedrooms are located on the ground floor, with two specially designed accessible rooms featuring extra-wide doorways and grab rails in the ensuite bathrooms. We also offer a range of disability aids upon request, including shower chairs, toilet raisers and bed handrails complimentary with your stay. Bed heights can also be adjusted to accommodate hoists where required, and oxygen or other medical equipment can be delivered before your guests arrive and collected after their stay.
