With exclusive invites sent out to our excited couples and recommended suppliers eager to meet them, our dedicated team was ready and organised to ensure that stepping into our spring supplier showcase of 2026 was a magical experience – we can truly say it was!
Each year, we host two supplier showcase events, exclusively for our couples who have their wedding booked with us. This gives them a chance to meet potential suppliers for their big day, catch up with their nearest and dearest, as well as inspire them with ideas for their special day.
A shoutout to our wonderful team who worked tirelessly to organise this event, welcoming over 270 guests!
Enquire about the essentials!
On arrival into our beautiful rustic oak barn, our wonderful coordinators were ready and waiting at the front desk to welcome every one of our guests, as well as answering questions regarding their upcoming wedding day! That’s Pawfect, were showcasing all the options for our couple’s four-legged friends on their special day.
Sunshine and Spring Lambs
With the radiant sun beaming over our beautiful venue, there was no better way to enjoy the spring weather than by spending time with our adorable new lambs down on the farm. They were undoubtedly the highlight of the event, delighting in all the attention from our guests and our owner, Sarah! Our couples loved it, especially as we showcased our new indoor photo opportunity too.
Catering, Cake and Ice Cream
When organising a wedding day, food is always one of the top priorities. Our wonderful team, Molly and Anna from our onsite caterer, Stableyard Catering, were on hand to answer any queries about menus, whether it was pre-wedding nibbles, drinks packages, the wedding breakfast or evening food options. Our display of wonderful cocktail canapes and other drinks enticed our couples to choose them for their special day, for that touch of something a little different! An accompanying slideshow of all our incredible food really did get our couples talking!
The Old Stableyard was opened up for our future couples to explore. It gave guests the chance to see where they will enjoy breakfast the following morning, while also showcasing the space for pre and post-wedding celebrations, private hire and other special events. To keep everyone fuelled, we served a delicious selection of food, including hot filled baps with chips, along with a gorgeous range of desserts. With the sun shining, guests were able to relax in the courtyard, soak up the rays and admire Rabbie the Horse – our stunning handcrafted metal wire sculpture created by ArtFe by K Paxton Blacksmiths.
For those with a sweet tooth, we had Cakes by Lucy, who brought along a tasty selection of cake flavours and styles, as well as Dalton’s Dairy for a refreshing treat!
Bridal Beauty
Our brides had the chance to experience the perfect vision of their wedding morning in our stunning pamper room, which overlooks the beautiful countryside, complete with hair and makeup inspiration from Sarah Meredith Hair and Makeup.
Picturesque photography and videography
To capture those all-important moments of a lifetime, photographers Lee Brown and Steve Bridgwood (who beautifully captured the special moments at our event) and videographer Ryan Murrell displayed some of their best work for couples to gain inspiration for their picture-perfect shots.
Dressing up your wedding venue
With endless theming options when it comes to wedding décor, we welcomed Artistry in Flowers with their stunning flowers and Willow & Fig as a perfect opportunity for our couples to see the venue dressed up in different styles.
Lighting up the rooms were light-up letters and decor from Love Lights The Way – dazzling, sparkling and simply stunning!
Stunning Stationery
Stationery ideas were flowing for our couples with beautiful designs from Inspired by Lisa and wedding signage and table stationery by Just Add Chalk, along with some stunning personalised wooden stationery options.
Attire tailored to you
For those still searching for the perfect outfit, local supplier Gracie Bleu Bridal displayed a pop-up bridal boutique showcasing some of their gorgeous dresses for our brides to browse!
Entertainment for all
Our guests were well and truly entertained throughout the day, wit hBoothtube bringing plenty of fun with their interactive photo booth and props for everyone to enjoy. GB Fun Casinos also joined us with their casino tables and games, adding even more excitement to the event.
AO events showcased one of their wonderful DJs and their famous 3D infinity dancefloor- yes it does look as cool in real life as in the photos!
We also welcomed the wonderful Singing Waiters Official – if you are looking to surprise your guests with a performance to remember, this was one to look out for!
Little Luxe Soft Play offered inspiration for ways to keep your little ones entertained during your big day – with beautifully aesthetic soft play!
Memorable Music
Music is another key element to a wedding day, and with so many options, it can be hard to choose! Guests enjoyed a selection of music styles, including the incredible pianist Guy from The Cheshire Pianist along with the upbeat and lively evening party band Groovy Revolution.
