With exclusive invites sent out to our excited couples and recommended suppliers eager to meet them, our dedicated team was ready and organised to ensure that stepping into our Autumn Supplier Showcase 2026 was a magical experience – and we can truly say it was!
Each year, we host two Supplier Showcase events, exclusively for our couples who have their wedding booked with us. This gives them a chance to meet potential suppliers for their big day, catch up with their nearest and dearest and inspire them with ideas for their special day as they explore our venue once more.
A shoutout to our wonderful team, who worked tirelessly to organise this event and welcomed over 140 guests!

On arrival at our beautiful rustic oak barn, our wonderful coordinators were ready and waiting at the front desk to welcome every one of our guests, as well as answering questions regarding their upcoming wedding day! There was a fantastic array of our optional extras on display too, from easels to our popular garden games, which our couples loved trying out!
All things Catering and Cake
When organising a wedding day, food and drink are always one of the top priorities. Our wonderful Catering Supervisor, Kate and Assistant Bar Manager, James, from Stableyard Catering, were on hand to answer any queries about menus, whether it be about pre-wedding nibbles, drinks packages, the wedding breakfast or evening food options. Their display of drinks packages and cool cocktail canapés enticed our couples to choose them for their special day, for that touch of something a little different!
For those with a sweet tooth, we had Cakes by Bethany, who brought along a tasty selection of cake flavours and styles as well as some delicious samples for our couples to taste!
Bridal Beauty
Our brides had the chance to experience the perfect vision of their wedding morning in our stunning pamper room, which overlooks beautiful countryside views, complete with makeup inspiration from the talented India Florence Makeup and hair inspiration from the fabulous Wild Flower Hair Company.
Picturesque photography and videography
To capture those all-important moments of a lifetime, photographers SMH and Chelsea Showsmith, along with videographer Laura from Vision Wave Weddings, displayed some of their best work for couples to gain inspiration for their picture-perfect shots.
Dressing up your wedding venue
With endless theming options when it comes to wedding décor, we welcomed Tamaryn’s Treasures and Kole Events to showcase our venue dressed up in different styles – from rich autumnal tones to pastel shades. It looked incredible!
Lighting up the rooms were light-up letters from The Added Extra, dazzling, sparkling and simply stunning! Their fantastic photobooth was also on display.
Attire tailored to you
For those still searching for the perfect outfit, local supplier Maria Modes displayed a pop-up bridal boutique showcasing various styles alongside Cheshire Menswear with their stylish suit displays for the groom and groomsmen to browse.
Entertainment for all
Boothtube brought the fun with their fantastic photobooth and GB Fun Casinos added excitement with their unique gaming setups. Singing Waiters Official were on hand to chat about memorable entertainment in the dining room and Crazy 9 showcased one of their incredible crazy golf courses too!
Memorable Music
Music is another key element to a wedding day, and with so many options, it can be hard to choose! Guests enjoyed an incredible set by the fantastic DJ Dom Wood and showstopping band Crème Brûlée Band! Daniel East Music entertained our guests on the guitar with some wonderful acoustic sets!
