A gorgeous July wedding for Anna and Tom

PLANNING THEIR DREAM WEDDING

For Anna and Tom, their gorgeous July wedding was everything they had dreamed of. With their daughter, friends, and family by their side, every little detail featured beautifully personal touches, from the bright, eye-catching florals to their red fox Labrador joining them for the ceremony and drinks reception. They also brought along their Defender, which made for a wonderful photo opportunity and added even more character to their special day.

THE MORNING BEFORE THE I DO’S

The pamper room was perfectly set for Anna and her bridal party, with the doors opened wide to reveal stunning countryside views. As the prosecco was popped and the morning preparations began, the atmosphere was filled with excitement. By 9am, hair and makeup were well underway, with sunlight streaming in and offering a glimpse of the simply stunning day ahead. Hair and Makeup by Sarah Meredith were on hand to get the lovely ladies glammed up for the celebrations ahead. Every little detail had been thoughtfully considered, from the matching pyjamas embroidered with multicoloured hearts to the dancing and laughter out on the outdoor patio.

There was plenty of laughter, a few happy tears and perhaps a touch of nervous excitement in the air. After hair and makeup had worked their magic, the bridesmaids slipped into their beautiful pastel dresses, creating a soft rainbow of colours that perfectly complemented their gorgeous bouquets.

Then it was time for Anna to put on her stunning sleeveless gown, complete with delicate lace detailing and an elegant train. Her bouquet tied everything together beautifully, complementing both her dress and the bridesmaids’ pastel tones perfectly.

Meanwhile, Tom and his groomsmen were soaking up the sunshine, ready to greet their loved ones as they arrived at the venue. Tom came prepared with a packet of Haribo rings in hand – thankfully, the actual wedding rings made the journey too! Dressed sharply in classic black suits, they looked effortlessly stylish.

TYING THE KNOT IN OUR BEAUTIFUL OAK BARN

It was then time for the beautiful ceremony, as Anna and Tom finally tied the knot. The ceremony space looked absolutely stunning, with colourful bunting and paper lanterns draped across the beams, alongside gorgeous floral arrangements bursting with bright pinks, purples, oranges and yellows, all softened with beautiful green foliage. Delicate bud vases and elegant blossom trees framed the ceremony table perfectly, while gold accents on the chairs added an extra touch of warmth and elegance.

As guests eagerly awaited the bride’s arrival, Tom stood at the end of the aisle, ready to see Anna for the very first time. The bridesmaids made their way down the aisle first in their beautiful pastel dresses, before the moment everyone had been waiting for arrived.

Anna looked absolutely stunning as she walked down the aisle, accompanied by her daughter and mum – three generations together in one incredibly special moment that certainly brought a few tears to the room.

As they exchanged vows and were finally pronounced husband and wife, This Will Be (An Everlasting Love) filled the room, creating the perfect joyful atmosphere as smiles spread and applause rang out from their family and friends. A beautiful addition to the ceremony was the sand-blending ritual, where coloured sands were poured into an hourglass, symbolising the joining of two families and the timeless nature of their love. It was a meaningful and heartfelt moment that reflected the start of their new chapter together.

The celebrations continued outside with a wonderful confetti shower, capturing the happiness and excitement of the newlyweds as all their loved ones surrounded them.

After greeting their guests, Anna and Tom headed off for some gorgeous group photographs with their Land Rover, paired perfectly with their personalised number plate for an extra special touch. It looked even more incredible alongside the stunning floral arrangements by one of the couple’s friends! The flowers were truly unlike anything we had ever seen before – full of vibrant colour, texture, and personality.

Following the excitement of the confetti and celebrations, the newlyweds took a few quiet moments together in our private water gardens with their photographer Ollie Gyte Photography, soaking in the emotions of the day as husband and wife. Guests enjoyed the sunshine throughout the afternoon, with plenty to keep everyone entertained, from garden games and a bouncy castle to relaxing in the beautiful gardens. Even their lovely dog joined in the celebrations, making the day feel even more personal and special. Adding to the perfect summer wedding atmosphere, Song Pilots performed a wonderful acoustic set during the drinks reception, creating the ideal soundtrack for guests to mingle, celebrate, and enjoy the glorious weather.

DINING IN STYLE

As guests entered the dining room, they were welcomed into the most stunning setting for the wedding breakfast. The space looked absolutely incredible, perfectly blending rustic charm with vibrant summer styling. Long tables were dressed with rustic hessian runners, bright colourful florals and soft pastel candlesticks, while golden accents added a beautiful touch of elegance throughout from Kole Events.

The blossom trees created a truly magical atmosphere within the room, complemented perfectly by the soft pink lighting that filled the space with warmth and romance. Every little detail worked together so beautifully, creating a dining room that felt both stylish and full of personality – simply stunning and the perfect reflection of Anna and Tom’s joyful summer wedding.

After some gorgeous photographs on the North Lawn, with the iconic sycamore tree creating the perfect backdrop, Anna and Tom made their grand entrance into the dining room as newlyweds. Guests took their seats within the beautifully styled space, ready to enjoy an incredible wedding breakfast together.

A delicious three-course menu from Stableyard Catering was served, with guests enjoying every moment of the relaxed and joyful atmosphere. The speeches followed, bringing plenty of laughter and emotion to the room, with the speakers making brilliant use of props throughout, keeping everyone entertained from start to finish.

As the evening celebrations continued, it was time for Anna and Tom to cut their beautiful two-tiered cake, delicately adorned with gorgeous flowers that perfectly matched the day’s colourful styling.

ENTERTAINING EVENING RECEPTION

By 7pm, the evening reception kicked off in style! After the couple’s unforgettable first dance, the celebrations burst into life. Following their acoustic set during the drinks reception, Song Pilots took to the stage and kept the energy high as the dancefloor quickly filled with guests dancing, singing and celebrating late into the night.

The photographs beautifully captured the vibrant array of colours from the guests’ outfits, perfectly reflecting the bright and joyful theme woven throughout the day. One particularly gorgeous moment saw Tom and Anna posing beneath the headlights of their Land Rover, creating stunning, atmospheric photographs. Combined with the gorgeous pink-toned lighting and illuminated light-up letters, the result was simply breathtaking.

Delicious evening food by Stableyard Catering kept everyone fuelled and ready to dance the night away. Tom and Anna truly had the most incredible wedding day with us, and we were absolutely delighted to receive such lovely feedback from them, especially hearing about the special moments that made their celebrations so unforgettable.
