In August, our staff at both Heaton House Farm and Stableyard Catering were treated to a wonderful evening at The Plough Inn at Eaton to celebrate our hard work and success throughout the year!
On a picturesque and warm summer night, our team gathered in The Plough Inn’s magnificent and rustic oak barn, which has a warm familiarity with our own oak barn!
Each table was beautifully decorated with bunches of flowers and twinkly lights to create a celebratory aura alongside a huge “thanks” in lights from the wonderful The Added Extra.
Our staff nights are to bring teams together, who may not have the opportunity to work alongside each other in the day-to-day running of the venue, so a seating plan was worked with this in mind, and our team mingled well (as you can see from the beautiful smiles and laughter on our photos).
Behind those smiles was professional photographer, Adam Lowndes, from our supplier directory, who joined the party to capture the essence and memories of the event.
To kick off the evening we enjoyed celebratory drinks together at the bar, whilst admiring a fellow wedding venue.
Throughout the evening, there were plenty of opportunities to reminisce, catch up with friends, old and new to really sit back and soak in the busy but amazing year we have had so far!
After we enjoyed a delicious 3-course meal, it was time to celebrate some very important milestones within our team, with 4 of our team members; Jane Grindey, Josie Winchcombe, Lesley Burgess, and Gill Edwards celebrating their 10-year anniversary of working for us. They were presented with the most beautiful bouquet of flowers from the Heaths with lots of support and applause from the team behind the camera! We appreciate all your hard work and dedication to the business over the last decade!
