With exclusive invites sent out to our excited couples and recommended suppliers eager to meet them, our dedicated team was ready and organised to ensure that stepping into our Autumn Experience Event 2025 was a magical experience- and we can truly say it was!
Each year, we host two experience events, exclusively for our couples who have their wedding booked with us. This gives them a chance to meet potential suppliers for their big day, catch up with their nearest and dearest, or inspire them with ideas for their special day as they explore our venue once more.
A shoutout to our wonderful team, who worked tirelessly to organise this event and welcomed over 300 guests!
Enquire about the essentials!
On arrival into our beautiful rustic oak barn, our wonderful coordinators were ready and waiting at the front desk to welcome every one of our guests, as well as answering questions regarding their upcoming wedding day! The wonderful Staffordshire Registrars and Calluna Ceremonies were on hand to answer questions about all things ceremony-related.
That’s Pawfect, were showcasing all the options for our couple’s four-legged friends on their special day.
Catering, Cake, and Ice Cream
When organising a wedding day, food is always one of the top priorities. Our wonderful catering supervisor, Anna and Bar Manager Lynn from our onsite catering company, Stableyard Catering, were on hand to answer any queries about menus, whether it be about pre-wedding nibbles, drinks packages, the wedding breakfast, or evening food options. Their display of drinks packages enticed our couples to choose them for their special day, for that touch of something a little different!
For those with a sweet tooth, we had Cakes by Bethany, who brought along a tasty selection of cake flavours and styles, as well as Vitalianos for a refreshing treat! The Happy Cow Company also showcased a delicious display of chocolate table favours and table numbers for our guests to look at!
Bridal Beauty
Our brides had the chance to experience the perfect vision of their wedding morning in our stunning pamper room, which overlooks the beautiful countryside, complete with makeup inspiration from the talented Sophie Brown Makeup.
Picturesque photography and videography
To capture those all-important moments of a lifetime, photographers Cris Lowis and Kyle Hassall, along with videographer Laura from Vision Wave Weddings displaying some of their best work for couples to gain inspiration for their picture-perfect shots.
Dressing up your wedding venue
With endless theming options when it comes to wedding décor, we welcomed The Flower House with their stunning flowers and Venue Perfection as a perfect opportunity for our couples to see the venue dressed up in different styles.
Lighting up the rooms were light-up letters from The Added Extra, dazzling, sparkling and simply stunning!
Stunning Stationery
Stationery ideas were flowing for our couples with beautiful designs from Inspired by Lisa and wedding signage and table stationery by Just Add Chalk, along with some stunning personalised wooden stationery options.
Attire tailored to you
For those still searching for the perfect outfit, local supplier Bridal Quarters displayed a pop-up bridal boutique showcasing various styles alongside Cheshire Menswear with their stylish suit displays for the groom and groomsmen to browse.
Kinderton Hats also joined us with an array of colours and styles of fascinating fascinators and hats, which lots of guests were intrigued to try on!
Entertainment for all
That Prop Guy brought the fun with their fantastic photobooth, and GB Fun Casinos added excitement with their unique gaming setups. Eventech delivered memorable entertainment perfect for keeping guests engaged, and Crazy 9 showcased one of their incredible crazy golf courses too!
Memorable Music
Music is another key element to a wedding day, and with so many options, it can be hard to choose! Guests enjoyed an incredible set by DJ and Event host, Tom Finkhill and showstopping band Moonshine!
