With exclusive invites sent out to our excited couples and recommended suppliers eager to meet them, our dedicated team was ready and organised to ensure that stepping into our Autumn Experience Event of 2024 was a magical experience —and we can truly say it was!
Each year we host two experience events, exclusively for our couples who have their wedding booked with us. This gives them a chance to meet potential suppliers for their big day, catch up with their nearest and dearest or inspire them with ideas for their special day as they explore our venue once more.
A shoutout to our wonderful team who worked tirelessly to organise this event welcoming over 400 guests!

On arrival into our beautiful rustic oak barn, our coordinators were ready and waiting at the front desk to welcome our guests, as well as answering questions regarding their wedding day! The wonderful Staffordshire Registrars and Calluna Ceremonies were on hand to answer questions about all things ceremony-related.
That’s Pawfect was on hand to talk all things about the options for our couple’s furry friends on their special day.
Catering, Cake, and Coned Ice Cream
When organising a wedding day, food is always one of the top priorities. Our team of highly qualified chefs from our onsite catering company, Stableyard Catering were on hand to answer any queries about menus whether it be about pre-wedding nibbles, drinks packages, the wedding breakfast and evening food options. Our display of wonderful new cocktail canapes enticed our couples to choose them for their special day for that touch of something a little different!
For those with a sweet tooth, we had Cakes by Lucy who brought along a tasty selection of cake flavours and styles as well as Vitaliano’s Ice Cream for a refreshing treat! Happy Cow Chocolate Company also provided some delicious samples of their handmade chocolate, perfect for wedding favours or as an extra treat!
Bridal Beauty
Our brides were given the opportunity to soak in the perfect vision of what their wedding morning in our stunning pamper room would look like with the help of Sophie Brown and Sarah Meredith who were there to showcase all things beauty.
Picturesque photography and videography
To capture those all-important moments of a lifetime, photographers SMH Photography and Chelsea Shoesmith along with Ryan Murrell Videography, displayed some of their best work for couples to gain inspiration for their picture-perfect shots whilst also capturing the special moments from our fantastic autumn event!
Dressing up your wedding venue
With endless theming options when it comes to wedding décor, we welcomed The Allotment Bride Florist and Flossie’s as a perfect opportunity for our couples to see the venue dressed up in different styles.
Lighting up the rooms was The Added Extra showing a stunning display of light-up letters adding an extra sparkle to both our Steeles Barn along with a photobooth to capture all those incredible shots!
Stunning Stationery
Stationery ideas were flowing for our couples with beautiful designs from Rodo Creative and wedding signage and table stationery by Just Add Chalk along with some stunning personalised wooden stationery options.
Attire tailored to you
For those still searching for the perfect outfit, local supplier Maria Modes Bridal displayed a pop-up bridal boutique showcasing various styles alongside Cheshire Menswear with their stylish suit displays for the groom and groomsmen to browse.
Kinderton Hats also joined us with an array of colours and styles of fascinating fascinators and hats, which lots of guests were intrigued to try on!
Entertainment for all
If having plenty of fun is on your wedding checklist, then GB Fun Casinos with their professional casino experience is a must , and Crazy 9 displayed one of their incredible crazy golf courses to entertain our guests!
Memorable Music
Music is another key element to a wedding day and with so many options it can be hard to choose! Guests enjoyed a selection of music styles including beautifully intimate string trio String Infusion, an upbeat and lively evening party band Crème Brûlée and finally Wedding Sounds a DJ who is sure to get your guests on their feet! Our talented suppliers blew us away at our event!
