LOVE AT FIRST SIGHT

From the moment Natalie and Jamie visited our venue, they were captivated by its beauty and the warm welcome from our incredible team. The seamless flow of each area convinced them certain this was the perfect place for their wedding.

‘It was just beautiful’

They fell in love with our luxurious pamper room, imagining their wedding morning spent in such a serene setting. After gathering inspiration online and on pinterest, their picturesque autumnal wedding came to life, exactly as they had envisioned.

THE MORNING BEFORE I DO’S

At 9 am the pamper room was perfectly set for Natalie, Jamie, and their bridal party to unwind. As they sipped pre-wedding drinks to calm their nerves, Sarah Broadgate worked her makeup magic while Beth from Sweethearts Hair styled them beautifully, bringing their pamper room dreams to life.

Soon, it was time for Natalie and Jamie to get into their stunning Wed2Be dresses, complemented by the striking burnt orange bridesmaids’ gowns. These made for gorgeous photos, expertly captured by Adam Lowndes Photography with converse as the footwear of choice adding a fun touch. And with that it was time to soak up the last few moments before the ‘I Do’s’

Meanwhile, the groomsmen and page boys, looking sharp in outfits from Ascots Suit Hire, eagerly awaited the ceremony.

AUTUMNAL AND GOLDEN TONES IN THE OAK BARN

The ceremony took place in our beautifully decorated oak barn, with rustic charm enhanced by stunning bouquets by H& R Florists in red, orange, and golden tones, accented with pinecones. Oak beams adorned with fairy lights set a magical backdrop as Natalie and Jamie exchanged vows, surrounded by their closest family and friends.

After signing the register, the newlyweds made their exit to Celine Dion’s “I’m Alive,”. Guests greeted the newlyweds with a shower of confetti followed by group shots with Adam Lowndes. The celebrations kicked off with reception drinks, and much to everyone’s delight, a bouncy castle and games on the north lawn added an entertaining touch from Eventech.

DINING IN STYLE

The dining room was transformed into an enchanting autumnal setting, centred around a beautiful moon arch that framed the space perfectly. Log risers, rustic runners, and warm candlelight added to the cosy, natural feel, while frames and neon orange tones brought a modern twist. Gold chairs complemented the burnt orange décor, creating a luxurious yet rustic atmosphere.

With the rich autumn colours of burnt orange and gold, the room captured the essence of the season. The crispness in the air and the changing leaves outside added to the perfect autumnal vibe.

After a delicious three-course meal from our incredible in-house caterers Stableyard Catering, it was time to toast Mrs and Mrs Smith. With speeches from both fathers of the bride, Jamie and bridesmaid Laura laughter and tears were shed all around before the cutting of the most stunning cake from Linda at Buttercup Cakes.

Next, the newlyweds made their way to the north lawn, where an unforgettable moment was captured. Neon pink and orange smoke bombs filled the air, creating a vibrant contrast against the iconic sycamore tree towering in the background. The stunning shot perfectly encapsulated the magic of the day.

ENTERTAINING EVENING RECEPTION FULL OF SURPRISES

At 7 pm the evening reception truly came alive. The couple’s first dance, enhanced by a magical dry ice effect, set the tone for the celebration. Guests were entertained throughout the night, with the Eventech photobooth providing fun photo opportunities and laughter. The wonderful addition of a sweet cart was a fabulous treat to keep energy levels up for dancing!

The bouncy castle at dusk added an extra layer of excitement for everyone, while the Switch Band kept the energy high, getting guests on the dance floor and ensuring the celebration continued well into the night.

Natalie and Jamie had the most incredible wedding day with us and we are so delighted to have received some lovely feedback from them on the best moments of the day.

‘Seeing my wife walk down the aisle’

Their top tip for future couples planning their wedding day is to try to enjoy your day and take as much in as you can. Try to live in the moment. It goes so quickly, make it memorable.
