Heaton House Farm, Rushton Spencer, Macclesfield, Cheshire – due to our scenic location we recommend using Google Maps and searching for ‘Heaton House Farm’ as our postcode is the same for a long stretch of countryside road.
Once you are on the main road you will come across one of our signs directing you to the venue so you will be able to find us easily.
We are very lucky at Heaton House Farm as we have 15 accommodation rooms which can accommodate over 30 guests, but we are also surrounded by lovely B&Bs and we are just 10 minutes from a little town called Leek which has even more accommodation. To see these click here.
You are also able to join the wedding guests for breakfast the following morning, please call 01260 226203 to arrange this.
Carriage are to arrive by midnight, this when the music finishes. As the venue is located in a rural area, we do recommend pre-booking taxis. To view our local taxi companies please click here.
A Guest Changing Room
If you are just looking for somewhere to change when you arrive at the venue, we have our parent and baby changing room which is located in the lobby.
Is There WiFi?
Although we are in such a beautiful countryside location, we have our very own fibre line fitted to ensure our guests receive quality internet all around the venue to share their wedding selfies.
What are the bar opening and closing times?
The bar opens at midday and remains open until last orders at 11.45pm, so you can get a drink at any point. This is an exclusive bar only available to the wedding party during an event.
Confetti is certainly allowed at the venue but please check this is bio-degradable and help us protect our beautiful countryside and wildlife.
Does the bar take cash or card?
We can accept either cash or card at the bar and you also have the option to set up a tab. We also offer cash back at the bar as the nearest cash point is 4 miles away. (minimum spend £5, maximum cashback £50)
We have plenty of complimentary car parking spaces here at the venue, the car park can also accommodate coach drop offs. You are also more than welcome to leave your vehicle here overnight, please note these are left at the owner’s discretion and we can not be held responsible for the vehicle.
We also have an overflow car park that can be used however, for most weddings, the main car park is more than sufficient.
The entire venue is ground floor to welcome all of our guests, we also have disabled toilet facilities and accessible double rooms available.
We have a number of local places to eat with a variety of food types; including Country pubs, restaurants, Chinese and Indian. To view these please click here.
Arriving in the evening
Our car park and venue is beautifully lit with coloured uplighters so you can see the venue clearly when arriving in the evening – you can even see it from the main road!
We have a designated smoking area on our patio area at the rear of the wedding venue, this is also heated for when the nights become cooler. Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the building, vaping is also not permitted in any of the buildings.
Facilities for Children
Children are welcomed but we do advise they should be supervised at all times. We have numerous high chairs for both the wedding breakfast and breakfast the following morning, this will have been arranged with our couples. We also have baby changing facilities that includes a bottle warmer and a microwave.
